Procountor Integration

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for setting up the Procountor integration in our application.



NOTE: Before starting, please contact support and we will activate this integration option for you.



Saving Integration Credentials


Before you can use the Procountor integration, you need to save your Procountor credentials in the system.



Navigate to Your Profile:

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select "Your Profile".


Go to Integrations:

  1. In your profile settings, click on the "Integrations" tab.


Choose Procountor:

  1. Find and click on "Procountor" from the list of available integrations.


Set Credentials:

  1. Fill in the required fields:
    • Client ID: Enter your Procountor client ID.
    • Client Secret: Enter your Procountor client secret.
  2. Click "Save" to store the credentials.


Saving Bank Accounts


Once you have saved the integration credentials, you can save your bank accounts from Procountor.


Initiate OAuth2 for Bank Accounts:

  1. Go to your tenant's dashboard.
  2. Find and click on the "Account" menu.
  3. Select "Sync Procountor Bank Accounts".


Authorize the Application:

  1. You will be redirected to the Procountor authorization page.
  2. Log in with your Procountor credentials and authorize the application.


Fetch and Store Bank Accounts:

  1. After authorization, you will be redirected back to your tenant's dashboard.
  2. The system will automatically fetch and store your bank accounts from Procountor.


Fetching and Storing Payments


To fetch and store payments from Procountor, follow these steps:


Initiate OAuth2 for Payments:

  1. Go to your tenant's dashboard.
  2. Find and click on the "AccountPr" menu.
  3. Select "Sync Procountor Payments".


Authorize the Application:

  1. You will be redirected to the Procountor authorization page.
  2. Log in with your Procountor credentials and authorize the application.


Fetch and Store Payments:

  1. After authorization, you will be redirected back to your tenant's dashboard.
  2. The system will automatically fetch and store your payments from Procountor.


Troubleshooting


If you encounter any issues during the setup or data fetching process, refer to the following common problems and solutions:


Authorization Issues:

  • Ensure that you have entered the correct client ID and secret.
  • Verify that the redirect URI is correctly configured in Procountor.


Data Fetching Errors:

  • Check if the access token has expired. If so, re-initiate the OAuth2 flow to refresh the token.


Database Errors:

  • Ensure that your database is properly configured and that the integrations, account_prs, and related tables exist.
