The Equities Report in ZenTreasury offers a comprehensive summary of a company's equities, such as stock shares.
Generating the equities report
For the valuation you need to add the reporting day value of the stock market price in Settings - Market Data - Securities. The report shows also the transactions regarding the equities.
Exporting the report
The report can be exported as Excel, Csv or print from from the top right corner Export icon.
Columns explained
Transaction type:
The transaction type of the equity: buy/sell/split/cash dividend/stock dividend.
Number of units:
The amount of shares/units owned on the reporting day.
Price per unit:
Price per share/unit of the equity.
Current amount in currency:
The value of a single share on the reporting day. The current stock value has to be added first in Settings - Market Data - Securities.
Current amount:
The current amount of the equity in currency. For example cash dividends will not be valued here, just the equity.
Current amount in base ccy:
The current amount of the equity in base currency of the entity. If the currency is separately selected, the value in selected currency will be presented in base ccy column. For example cash dividends will not be valued here, just the equity.
